Illustrator WILL NOT LAUNCH on Apple Silicon
I've been having this issue for a few weeks. Trying to launch Illustrator 26.0.1 on Apple Silicon (I have tried both the Apple Silicon version and the Intel version). I don't get the splash screen. The menu at the top of the screen loads, and says "Illustrator," but all menu options are grayed out. I can't open a file by right-clicking in Finder and saying "Open with Illustrator". Illustrator freezes/crashes at this point and the only solution is to force quit via the Task Manager. Please help!

Illustrator 26.0.1 on MacOS Big Sur 11.6. Macbook Air with M1 chip. I have tried the Apple Silicon version and the Intel version. Neither one will launch. Illustrator icon appears in the dock. Illustrator menu appears at the top of the screen. Splash screen will not appear. All menu items are grayed out. I can't open a file via Finder right-click, open with Illustrator. Illustrator BOTH VERSIONS freezes at launch. Will not launch. Only option at this point is to force quit via Task Manager
