Why i can't snap anything?

For a few days now Im not longer able to snap anything (objects, texts, guides, grids or else), so I cannot be precise when it is necessary.

    Does it happen in any document?
    Does restarting the app helps?
    Have you tried Smart Guides without Snap to Grid and vice versa? Do the Smart Guides get displayed at all?

    Can you please record that?
    Please include showing the snaps in View menu.
