Illustrator auto-close when opening an .ai file
It closes automatically when I open an .AI file, whether I double-click the file or open it from the illustrator menu.
I already reinstalled illustrator and the problem continues.

Adobe support has already reviewed my PC, they have told me that it is a bug in their latest illustrator update. So go back to the previous version.
