Unit increments are not correct
I set my keyboard increments at 0,1 mm so when I click on an object I can move it by that amount, or when I use the shift-key it moves with 1 mm. However, it moves with 1 pt increments. Very annoying.
The issue got resolved with a fresh installation.
In case the same happens to you — please check all the snapping options in the View menu, especially Snap to Pixel, and the Keyboard Increment value in Preferences > General.

Will do if it ever occurs again. Thank you!

Glad it got solved, although sad a bit the bug got away.
If it ever happens again — please log a new report (I am closing this one).
Thanks! -

Hi Egor, after deleting Illustrator and installing it again it was ok.
Thank you for your concern! -
Albert, does it still behave like this for you?
Are you sure that 'Snap to Pixel' option is disabled? -

Hi Egor, thanks for your reply and your suggestions.
I'm on a MacbookPro M1.
All units and local units are in millimetres, Snap to Grid is off, grid settings are in millimetres.
So when I move an object from x & y at 0 mm to the right with 0,1 mm increments it moves from 0 mm to 0,353 mm to 0,706 mm to 1,058 mm. When I use the shift-key it moves from 0 mm to 1,058 mm.
Never had this issue in any previous versions. What I did check is if this happens in files created with AI before this version and those all behave correctly. So it only happens with files created with this latest update while document/unit/etc settings are exactly the same. -
Does not happen for me on Windows, it jumps correctly with 1mm.
Can you check grid settings and Snap to Grid (just in case!), and also local units, in Document Setup?
