Crash on creating new file
I updated to Illustrator 2023 (v27.0.0) a few days ago. Now, whenever I launch and try to create a new file, the program crashes. I can't do anything. I'm running MacOS 12.6.

Not good :(
Let’s try to reanimate it. Try to reset preferences first. Here’s a nice instruction: https://astutegraphics.com/support/tutorials-and-troubleshooting/resetting-illustrator-preferences
Perhaps something got transferred from the older version wrong...
