Can't right click to open context menu after selecting new object
Right-clicks very often (but not quite 100% of the time) fail to open the context menu if the right mouse button is clicked straight after selecting a new object and the mouse pointer has not moved between the left-click (that selects the new object) and the right-click.
Moving the mouse pointer even a little after selecting a new object makes right-clicks register correctly. The clicks will also register correctly if the user waits about 0.5 seconds before right-clicking, when not moving the mouse.
If the right-click fails to register, clicking the button again will work, even without moving the mouse pointer.
The issue is present even in new documents with a few objects added (just tried this by adding two rectangles to a new document and clicking between them).
Illustrator 27.3.1 (no extensions)
macOS Monterey 12.6.3
iMac 27" 5K (2019)
16gb ram, Radeon Pro 580X
Logitech MX Master 2 mouse (bluetooth)
This issue has been present in at least a few of latest versions of Illustrator, not just 27.3.1, which I use right now.
Ps. Being forced to remember to wait or to move the mouse around between clicks just to avoid this a bug is quite detrimental to productivity. A lot of time is spent waiting!

Another update:
Doing the steps in my previous comment while having the Line tool selected results in right-clicking first opening the context menu a few times, but following that right-clicking inexplicably opens the Line segment tool settings popup window as if I had left-clicked instead of right-clicked!
The context menu closes with a very noticeable fadeout animation on macOS. I think something might be going wrong if the user right-clicks while the menu is still fading out?
Doing repeated right-clicks while making sure that the fade out animation is over before clicking would appear to make things work as expected... Am I just too fast for Illustrator to handle?

Hi, Egor. Unfortunately it's not possible for me to check this on Windows.
Like I said, I can make this happen quite consistently in the macOS version, though. And I just noticed that selecting a new object is not even required for right-clicks to not be registered. Here's something to try:
1. Make a new empty document.
2. Move the mouse pointer over the artboard. Keep it still while doing the next steps.
3. Right-click. Context-menu opens.
4. Right-click again, menu closes.Repeat steps 3 and 4 until Illustrator stops registering right mouse button clicks. Happens after opening the menu once or twice for me.
It would appear that moving the mouse resets the state of some unknown thing in either Illustrator or macOS?

Does now happen for me at all on Windows though.
Do you have a chance to confirm that? -

I just confirmed that the issue is also present on a 2020 M1 MacBook Air, using the same version of Illustrator and the same mouse. macOS Ventura 13.2.1.
Using the trackpad doesn't appear to fix the issue, but right-clicks do appear to register much more consistently using touch input. Possibly because it's a bit slower and the time between clicks is longer?
