colourproof is not available

Colourproof is not available (OS 10.15.7 / AI 27.4.1) as preview mode in RGB or CMYK – doesn´t matter. tested various documents.

    I can´t choose GPU (which is new to me – it had worked in the past) – it´s diabled.
    Colour settings are Adobe Illustrator 6.0

    Does it change if you disable the GPU Performance option in Preferences > Performance (and restart Ai)?
    Can you check a newer release, or a Beta one, to see if it’s fixed?
    And just in case — what are your color settings?
