Illustrator not copying svg code to clipboard
After updating to v 27.5, objects that I copy and then paste into other apps are pasting as un-antialiased rasterized images. Previously, the copied data would paste as vectors into apps that accept svg data, and antialiased transparent png images in other apps. To get around this I am first pasting into XD, then copying the data as svg. It would be good to restore the original behavior of the clipboard

This is really an important catch. Can you actually confirm, with a test, that the previous version (if you have it installed) handles it differently and the SVGs get copied and pasted fine?

@Egor Chistyakov Yes, I have retained this setting for several years. Honestly if I could just get the antialiased/transparent clipboard bitmaps to work it would be a huge help for things like pasting into google docs.

Dave, are you sure you have 'Include SVG Code' option enabled in Preferences > Clipboard Handling? Please check.
