Program closes when opening documents or creating new ones!
HELP PLEASE! Ilustrator starts but it doesn´t allow me to open any document nor create a new one, it closes and doesn´t give me any error code. It´s been a week now and a can´t find a way to solve it. i have tried 27.5 version and many others like 26.5, 26 and the problem continues.
I´ve tried reseting preferences, upgrading and downgrading versions, reinstalling and this keeps happening.
Photoshop, after effects and all other programs work perfectly fine.
Drivers, graphics and controllers don´t seem to solve nothing either.

This is horrible :( I recently had the same problem with Google Drive and still didn’t find a way to solve it.
But for Ai — have you tried to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner after deinstalling a version?

It helped me once.
