Hi I will explain I followed your instructions Egor this problem could not be solved by technical support so I had to go to the Adobe Illustrator engineering team forum. But if I want to report this new bug I have to create a new ticket please I would like someone to see the problem the technical support can't take action they tell me there is no way to solve this problem.

Henry, the best way to contact a support about this I know of is this:
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. In the chat window that should pop automatically in the bottom left corner type 'agent'
3. 'Complete a quest' answering automated messages and wait for a real person to reply
4. Explain the problem patiently and agree to have a session, if necessary

I'm using version 27.0.1 of Illustrator on Windows. I used an installation file that was created by my organization's administrator. Although the application doesn't appear to be installed in Creative Cloud, I can confirm that it's present in the default Windows installation folder. Can you assist me in understanding why the application isn't reflected in Creative Cloud despite being installed on my system? I appreciate your help.

Henry, it is not an error at all, but a notification, a warning. The text is pretty self-explanatory.
This document has symbols, created in an older Illustrator version. Illustrator warns you about some symbols can look different, if they were using 9-slice method (which is a rare technique), and asks you if you want to to disable it, just in case.
Click Yes if you want to keep the option enabled and risk altering the way these symbols look, or No, if you want to disable the option.
