Color Picker changes the settings when saved
I am tweaking a color in Illustrator CC. I make slight adjustments to the Saturation and Brightness controls and hit Save. When I open the color picker again, the Hue, Saturation and Brightness controls are all shifted slightly. The Hue is especially disconcerting as it appears to be shifting left with every save.

It’s hard to tell anything without having the actual file on hands and seeing the color settings and the values you try.
It can be influenced by so many things... color profiles, document color mode, etc.
Can you share these, please?
