Magic Wand tool selects things it shouldn't
In the video below, I have four shapes: two black squares with a transparent stroke (i.e., no stroke), a black square with a gold stroke, and a red square with a gold stroke. The tolerance level in the Magic Wand palette is set to zero for both strokes and fills.
If "Fill Color" only is checked, and you click on a plain black square with the Magic Wand tool, both plain black squares and the black square with the gold fill are selected as expected.
If "Stroke Color" only is checked, and you click on a plain black square, both plain black squares are selected as expected. If you click on one of the other squares that have a gold stroke, then both squares with gold strokes are selected as expected.
But if "Fill Color" and "Stroke Color" are both checked, then clicking on a plain black square selects both plain black squares as well as the black square with the gold stroke. This is wrong; the gold stroked square should not have been selected.
I'm using Illustrator 28.0 on macOS 13.5.2.

Yep, can confirm that.
I believe Ai should select only the left column...
Even if I check Stroke and set tolerance 0, the black square with orange stroke get affected. -
