GPU performance issues on Mac mini with second display attached
I am having problems with GPU performance on my Mac mini (Apple M2, 16GB) with two displays attached.
For example, when I move an object by using the arrow keys in quick succession, the artwork often does not refresh correctly. If I wait a while (sometimes about half a second) or press any key (e.g. the space bar), the artwork will update.
Disconnecting the second display, resolves the problem. Also using the CPU to preview solves it.
After further investigation, I found that it was not just the second monitor that was causing the Illustrator preview to stutter: I am using the same space for both monitors (see “Displays have separate Spaces” https://support.apple.com/en-us/guide/mac-help/mh14112/mac) – if I change this in the system preferences to use different spaces, the problem disappears.

I Have similar problem with GPU preview: When i connect additional monitor, illustrator switch on to cpu preview in slightly larger files. If I disconnect monitors and restart illustrator, GPU works done (even if i connect monitors, while illustrator is running).
