Fix rich tooltips causing screen flickeringin still in 28.1 64 bit win 11
Please fix rich tooltips. they still keep flickering the screen completely when the pop up. User fix is to turn rich tooltips off in prefernces.

Hi Egor, thank you for your reaction. I have tested the feature by enabeling the Rich tooltips again and turning off GPU performance. Flickering still appears when the Rich tooltips pop up. The small tooptips are not a problem. Hope this helps.

Ingmar, does toggling GPU mode change anything?
