When linking HEIC files with the HEIC extension on Windows, if the files are nested, they cannot be open
When linking HEIC (HEIF) files with the HEIC (HEIF) extension on Windows, there is a bug that if the files are nested, they cannot be opened in the link window.

I missed first procedure for step for reproduce
1. install HEIF/HEVC extension from the Microsoft Store (https://adobe.ly/48GyoGR)
2. Start Illustrator
3. Make heicbugorg01.ai
4. ... -
Even with the installed extension from the Microsoft Store (https://adobe.ly/48GyoGR) I can’t place HEIC images into Illustrator, or open the attached document — I get an error, a dialog that offers me to install that very same extension.
