Nested Linked AI Files don’t display proper fonts
Nested or linked AI files inside other AI layouts are not letting the fonts come through. It renders to default font.

As per the comment, the issue was with a font manager program (this time Typeface for Mac specifically), and fonts not being fully activated.

When putting together an example file I discovered it's my font manager program (Typeface for Mac) that was causing the issue.
Fonts were auto activated, not fully activated, causing the ability to use the font if chosen. Once fully activated then the linked file shows correct font.

Thanks for the reply. It would be difficult to attach test files with fonts I think, since it would give missing font error.
Here's screenshots of full size layout then a mockup layout with linked file. The outlined fonts of course appear just fine but the live fonts do not.
This changed with the latest update because I've worked this way for multiple years without an issue.

Can you please share a test file (several files in this case) that demonstrate this problem?
