"Scale Strokes and Effects" in Windows works contrary
Hi, after the last update I found that "Scale Strokes and Effects" works contrary to what I knew. When the "Scale Strokes and Effects" is "on" does not scale and when I turn it off it scales the stroke..

That’s odd! I checked it on Windows 10 and it behaves like it should for me...
Have you tried to reset preferences? https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html
