Blank PNG export

Files exported as pngs in the newest version of illustrator are coming up as blank and will export as 0 bytes. This is happening on desktop and laptop for Mac, unsure if happening on PC/Windows.

    'Newest version' — do you refer to Genera Availability build, or the Beta build?
    I test it on Windows with the GA build and it works for me.

    Can you please share the full specs of your computer?
    Does you artwork involve opacity masks?
    Does it happen the same for RGB and CMYK documents?
    Can you reproduce this with a simple fresh document?
