New file closes when I create a document
Can't create a new file, the tab closes instantly and I can't choose the size and create it

By 'tab' you mean New Document dialog?
If so, try to go Preferences: General, and enable 'Use legacy "file New" interface' option. Then try to create a new document again — will the older dialog work?
