Flash opening & closing of panels! even in older versions and tried multiple installation too!
UI panels like layer, color, appearance, etc., are expanding & collapsing itself. Looks like flashing panel.
I tried installing an older version & beta got the same problem—multiple installations, opening/ closing. NOTHING WORKED!
Due to this, I'm unable to use any AI projects & my client work is getting delayed.
Maybe it could be my PC problem but I don't get it & Please help.

Ravi, how does it look? Can you record this on video?
What PC do you have, what are the specs? OS, hardware (including GPU details and the driver version)?
