ROTATE-OPTIONS not ACTIVE. Pls advise...

Ventura (macOS 13.7.1): Options TRANSFORM OBJECTS and TRANSFORM PATTERNS are NOT ACTIVE in ROTATE. Any advise?

    You already solved the problem. I didn't know, that this option is activated only when fill or stroke has pattern applied. Everything works fine now.

    Joe, what do you have selected when you call this dialog?
    These options activate only when a fill or a stroke has pattern applied.
    What do you expect it to do and when? What is your intention here?
