Move Tool Malfunction
I can't select the move tool properly-- or any other tool in this case. The main selected tool is stuck in the hand tool. After a while, it switches to the move tool and it gets crazier!!
Whenever I select a layer or an object, there's a 1-3 second delay. Can this be fixed? My projects are affected. I tried resetting the app already.

Jazel, do you by any chance have Magnet app installed?
If yes — can you please try to exit it and check if it fixes the behavior?
