Automatic and manual saving does not function
Autosave and manual save does not work for Illustrator.
I created a file, worked on it, saved intentionally several times, but after a day of work illustrator has not saved anything neither locally nor in the cloud.
The autosave function is on.
Does anybody know what could be the issue?

Mariia, can you reproduce it with a new document?
Do you see a file saved in Explorer in the folder chosen?
Does its Modified date change when you save changes into it?
