Can't drag color into swatch panel
I can't seem to drag the the color I am using into the swatches like i used to. Nothing happens.

Using the new swatch button works. However, when hovering over the color being used the cursor does not change and theres no indication that anything is interact-able.
The previous version of illustrator also seems to have the issue, I don't think there are any apps open that could interfere with this. -
Can’t reproduce it, there must be something else to it...
Does it happen for any document, any color? Does adding it with the New Swatch button work?
Does the cursor change and the blue indication line appear when you try?
Do you have any helper apps launched in your system that can interfere with drag-n-drop?
Have you tried to downgrade and see if a previous build works fine?
