+ (plus) as keyboard shortcut not working for adding anchor point tool
The keyboard shortcut for adding anchor point tool is by default + (plus).
About 1 month ago it stopped working.
I have not changed the shortcut settings. Changing the add anchor point tool shortcut to some other key works fine, it's just + (plus) that is not working. I have also tried to make + (plus) as shortcut key for other tools, but that's not working either.
So the problem seem to be the + (plus) key itself?
Only problem is, it works just fine in text, as you can see here. It works just as well in Ai when used in text.
So there seem to be no problem at all with my keyboard. It is JUST as shortcut in Ai that it does not work.
No, caps lock is not stuck.
No, shift is not stuck.
Yes, i have restarted the computer several times during this month.
Yes, I have the latest version of Illustrator 29.2.1
Yes, I have looked in every forum but no one else seem to have had this issue.
Please help me fix this, I really want + (plus) as shortcut for adding anchor points! Nothing else makes sense!

Works fine for me, when I test it with the default hotkeys...
Quite strange. My guess would be a different app stealing the key, but it usually happens for combined ones (like Skype loving to steal Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D) — and in this case it’s a single letter.
What happens when you try to map it? The default set uses = (the one in the top row), and this would work for both = in the top row and + in the NumPad (the symbol would still be +)...
...but if I assign + key in NumPad — it doesn’t work for me as well.
