Bullets/Numbering indents don't scale with type objects
The Indent/First line indent values set in bullets and numbering options don't scale with type objects.
Normal paragraph indents do scale as expected, so I think this is an oversight or bug.
Examples:
1. Area type with text at 12pt, numbering options have an 18pt left indent and -18pt first line indent.
2. Same object scaled 150% -- type is now 18pt, indents have not changed, meaning left indents for double figures have been forced to the next tab.
3. Paragraph without bullets/numbers, 12pt, left indent 18pt, first line indent -18pt.
4. Same object scaled 150%, type is now 18pt, indents are now 27pt.

Scaling Bullet-Threaded Area type Text in Illustrator
Scaling Bullet-Threaded Text in Illustrator
I’ve tried several methods to scale bullet-threaded text in Illustrator, but I haven’t been able to achieve the desired result. Here are the methods I’ve attempted:
Scaling by 150%: When scaling, only the area boundaries scale, but the text itself does not scale.
Using the Free Transform Tool: The spacing and bullets are not correct after scaling.
Adding a Rectangle and Grouping with Area Text: When grouping the text with a rectangle and scaling, there’s some random movement, which creates an annoying result.
Using CTC: I can get the perfect result with CTC, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to achieve the same scaling without using CTC.
Is there a better way to scale bullet-threaded text without these issues?

Area Type text and bullet error
Not scaling properly and changing bullet spacing
Same error when scaling artwork with artboard, scaling area-type text, and area-type text in a group
When converting to point type, the “•” changes to “ABCD,” and the same bullet-spacing issue appears when scaling up/down point type.64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Oh yes.
The only way to correct this today is to select the text object, then open Paragraph panel, press 'See bullet options' or 'See numbered list options' button there (dropdowns), then click More options button (ellipsis), and then in the Bullets and Numbering dialog (for some reason it’s not in the Type > Bullets and Numbering menu!) tweak both Indent values — manually.
Pretty buried, right?I once tested another method — to apply Effect > Distort & Transform > Transform effect to an area type... After scaling it and using Object > Expand Appearance the text LOOKS as scaled correctly, and I can even make changes to the text, and outline it (convert to curves)... but it I move the object — the original values reapply.
