Illustrator is very slow on multiple computers after latest update dated February 20, 2025. Request you to please address this.

It takes longer than usual to open and exit the application after the update….once I click the close button, it takes up to 10 seconds to actually close Illustrator. I have never seen the happen before especially since the artwork is very basic and file size is extremely small.

Please elaborate. What operations make Ai sluggish? Panning? Zooming? Moving or transforming? Saving? Specific operations? Does it happen with a blank document or only with some files? The team won’t be able investigate it without these.
