Solid black bar 1.5" wide across entire width of screen blocking top part of opened file
On opening existing file, solid black bar 1.5" wide and across entire screen at top of screen blocks that portion of file. Cannot resize it or delete it. Cannot access that part of file for editing. Was fine 3/30/25 after upgrading Illustrator on that day due to issues of uncontrollable mouse action.
TEST YOUR PRODUCT BETTER BEFORE RELEASING IT!!!!!

Carol, can you please show a screenshot of how it looks?
Does it differ if you toggle View > Preview on CPU / GPU?
What build are you using, what’s your computer, what are your OS and hardware specs?
