New file window always in fullscreen instead of previous window size
In the past, Illustrator opened a new file to the size and position of the previous window. Now it ALWAYS goes to full screen, and I then ALWAYS have to size it back down to how I want it. this is a new and unwanted behavior, so please fix it. Thanks.

No special window management extension or anything like that.

Herbie, just in case, — do you any supplementary apps that deal with window sizes? Something like Spectacle?
