Cloud File Opens Without Text in Illustrator
I use Illustrator on a Mac with my Creative Cloud account, and I'm experiencing an issue with a file saved in the cloud. I worked on a document with text yesterday without any problems, but today when I open it from the app, it appears with no text, even though the project preview still shows it. There are no hidden layers, and when I open it, Illustrator automatically creates a new version without the text. The original file appears in my cloud, but I can’t open or download it. I need a solution to recover that file with its original content
