File New dialog is invisible with two monitors
When i click the "New" button in the homepage, the window that has all the settings to create a new document is invisible, it doesn't appear, but the arrow of my mouse shows me that it can interact with the window, but it doesn't show. I use another monitor and i have found online that illustrator tends to have bugs while having a second monitor.

As a workaround try to open Preferences and enable the 'Use legacy "File New" interface' option — this would switch Ai to use the legacy dialog, and you’d be able to create a document at least.
