Can't use "File -> Packaging" with macOS Tahoe : Error "Unable to finish packaging" window

Adobe Illustrator 30.2.1
When I try tu use the File -> Packaging function in Adobe Illustrator, it gives an error message "Impossible de terminer l'assemblage" (French) and the packaging stops. Being incomplete. It seems to be dependent of some type of links.
When I do exactly the same thing, same file, same links. It works perfectly on my other Mac which is on Mac OS Sequoia.
It is clearly dependent on the Mac OS version.
