  1. Points in the shape line

    All of a sudden I can only modify the points within the shape line, I used to be able to move them all around. Also, many other tools don’t work as they used to.

  2. Crash (Compound Path)

    Illustrator on iPad keeps crashing when I select compound paths

    I have path hidden then when I click on eye to make visible, app freezes then crashes.

    Only started today.

    Created file yesterday with no issues, today constant issue.

  3. There is White line when export Jpeg

    I make seamless pattern, there is thin white line or border around the Jpeg file.... so it doesn't seamless pattern. There should be anti-aliasing option.

  4. CC Libraries not placing svg assets as vectors consistently

    NOT working! Some CCL svgs are placed appropriately as a vector Group. Others Place as an Image and then cannot be viewed or worked with in Outline view. I have screenshots via my desktop, unsure if I can share from here. Also the assets , all Shapes from Adobe Capture do not show updated names that DO correctly show via CC app.

  5. Freezes and absurd lag

    iPad Pro 5th Gen, experiencing random freezes and recalculations for ever, also all of the sudden a strange lag, lines appear few seconds later while drawing, this disappears after restarting the app. Overall very buggy and unreliable, please fix this.

  8. My illustrator is lagging bad if this problem is not resolved I’ll just download procreate instead.

    Wtf this is stiiilll trying to open … I’ve deleted so many works just by thinking it’s a space thing….. it’s not . It’s you.

  9. Freezing and crushing after updated iPad for iOS 16.2

    I can’t use illustrator after updated iPad for iOS 16.2
    Every second it was crushed and could not saved data even I was able to edit few things.
    And keyboard doesn’t show anymore when I want to make sentences.
    I’m using the app for work. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.

  12. Content disappearance

    Sometimes specific content in a layer disappears completely and won’t come back at times even if everything is restarted. The object says it’s there but not visible at all even if the visibility is turned on

  13. 한글 텍스트 입력 오류

    2개월째 프로그램을 사용중입니다. 언제부턴가 텍스트 입력 시 영어 입력은 정상적으로 되지만, 한글 입력이 정상적으로 되지 않습니다. 영상과 같이 “김밥다운 김밥집”을 쓰려고 하지만, 다른 자음들이 입력되어 정상적으로 사용할 수가 없습니다.

  14. 「線幅と効果を拡大・縮小」をオンにしていても、ライブコーナーで角丸にした部分が変化してしまう。

    アプリの設定で「線幅と効果を拡大・縮小」をオンにしている状態でも、ライブコーナー機能を使って角丸にした図形を縮小・拡大させると、角丸が変化してしまいます。

  15. App freezes consistently.

    No matter in a new document, saved document, cloud or locally stored, the app freezes constantly. Sometimes it saves my most recent work, sometimes not. I have to close & reopen the app about 90% of the time. Sometimes it will let me change tools or layers, but won’t let me select or move anything on the art board.

  16. Drawing with Apple Pencil causes app to freeze

    Most of the other features seem to work fine, but when I want to use the pencil tool I start having problems. I can maybe draw one shape if I draw it fast enough, but most of the time when I start to draw the app recognizes the touch with a blue dot that flashes and goes away. Then the workspace freezes. I can switch tools, but I can't use them and I have to force close the app.

  17. Text tool is slow

    The text tool doesn’t function as smoothly as anticipated. Please improve its responsiveness when touching where the text cursor is placed, improve the speed of typing, and improve the responsiveness of selecting text. I found that it started to lag A LOT while editing a paragraph of text in a file. I removed any images that may be the cause of the performance issue but the text tool was still slow. While trying to delete 1 character of text 2 characters were deleted. Sometimes 2 periods were added or 2 spaces were created but I did not press those buttons…

  18. Ruler origin does not snap to grid

    When snap to grid is active, dragging the rulers' origin (from the top left of the rulers) does not snap to grid

    steps to reproduce:
    1. set grid active
    2. set snap to grid active
    3. set rulers active
    4. select and drag the rulers' origin to a new location on the artboard
    5. origin does not snap to grid

    Illustrator 3.0.1

    ipad7th 最新Osで使用しておりますが、強制終了する事が多く発生しており作業出来ません。
    そして、新規ドキュメントやファイルを開くとこのような画面になり作業出来ません。
    色々と改善の程宜しくお願い致します。
