I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 26.2.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html

Adobe Illustrator's Multithreading Journey Begins!
Dear Illustrator Community,
I'm thrilled to announce that we've embarked on an exciting journey to bring multithreading capabilities to Adobe Illustrator. This significant undertaking will enhance performance and responsiveness across various aspects of the application.
While this is a complex process that will take some time to fully implement, I wanted to share our progress so far.
Our Approach
We've strategically begun by focusing on the most computationally intensive operations—those that typically take more time and block the main thread, resulting in slower response times while you work. By moving these operations to separate threads, we aim to significantly improve your overall experience with Illustrator.
It's important to note that you may see more noticeable impact in some areas than others initially. However, we want to assure you that this is just the beginning, and we will continue this journey to bring improvements across…

This issue arises due to problems with Apple's graphic rendering pipeline on older versions of macOS and has been resolved by Apple in macOS 13 and above. We request you to update your macOS to13 and above to fix this issue.
An error occurred while saving the comment Sandra commentedI have a similar issue. Do they flicker when you mouse over them? When you change your User Interface color preference in illustrator, do the anchor points change to that color?

An error occurred while saving the comment Sandra commentedI have customers that do not give enough bleed and their artwork ends. Normally I would just change the shape to where I need the bleed to be. However, most of my customers use gradients in their shapes. If I change the shape of these objects, it changes the gradients. So I end up having to mirror the shape on all sides and place a mask over it.
It would be a lot easier and time saving if I can edit shapes that have gradients but have the gradients stay the way the are.

Animated zoom works only in GPU rendering mode and won’t work in specialized modes like Pixel or Overprint Preview — they still rely on CPU calculations.
An error occurred while saving the comment Sandra commentedThis sometimes happens to me when I am working on very complex art. Do you have overprint preview on? If so, try turning it off.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sandra commentedThe up and down arrows still work for me. I'm on a MAC Mini if that helps....
It doesn't matter what the artboard size is for me.
This issue has to do deal with the 'Intel Graphics 630 1536MB' graphics. Apparently this is integrated graphics and not an actual graphics card. I was recently told, that I need a new MAC.
