Blue learn box won't go away
I cannot see part of my workspace because the blue learn box covers up the panels and I cannot get it to go away. How am I supposed to use your program when your supposedly helpful box covers up what I need to see in order to create projects? This is unbelievably frustrating, and I am probably going to have to use some other program to create my logo since I cannot use the work space because of this idiotic blue learn bubble that won't go away and can't be moved, apparently.
I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.4.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

Big thanks to the people who suggested reseting the preferences. It indeed works! so annoying & wasted a lot of time trying to get rid of that blue box. I hope Adobe fixes this glitch ASAP, disappointing that it was overlooked on their end.

Resetting preferences gets rid of this obnoxious issue, everyone! Just tried it

Here's something amusing ...
Today the blue box was NOT at the top right corner ... SURPRISE ... it was at the bottom right corner.
Still very annoying but not nearly as irritating as when it's hiding the top tools. Now if only it did not hide the bottom of the long Library menu box. ...

I was having the same problem. I went to preferences -> reset preferences and restarted the program. No more blue learn box.

Update: it did eventually go away. I didn't have to do anything.

Same here, I'm on my laptop and it also refuses to go away. Wish I could help, but I have the same question.

I just downloaded the newest illustrator and new operating system to my iMac and same issue with this annoying blue box. It follows the art board if I move it and will not go away. Covers a good portion of my screen. Please fix!

this issue blocks the entire upper-right edge of the screen and therefore cannot access the top tools on the toolbar. Very frustrating

That experimental folder does not exist on my system, so can't be deleted.

the box is back for some reason. And this is not a tool tip issue. I turned that off

Actually the box has finally disappeared without doing anything. By the way the box was blank so there was nothing to click on. I am back to normal now

Have you tried unchecking "Show Tool Tips" in your Preferences?

i am having the same problem. Just updated today. I am running Catalina but that may be irrelevant. Quitting the program does not help

I just realized I can move the work panels away from the stupid blue pop-up box that will not leave and can work that way and just ignore the blue box. I cannot believe there's a bug like this in a program so widely used.
