Volf, can you please share a test copy of this file, with the minimum amount of elements to get this bug reproduced?
What kind of the effect do you have applied? 'Transform'? I can’t tell why would you use this, so the file is needed, for the team to try to reproduce it.And one more thing — I notice the oddly looking cursor in your video, like the attached image shows... what is this? Never seen it!

An error occurred while saving the comment No worries, Daniel. It’s better to have a report for a fixed bug than not having it and never had it fixed. This place is about purging bugs out, so never hesitate to report and request. Let’s hope the bug doesn’t return.

An error occurred while saving the comment Stez, do you still have this problem in Illustrator today? Not sure if I can reproduce it... do you mean transparent background or semitransparent portion of the artwork, or opacity masks specifically? Please comment back.

http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/33700795An error occurred while saving the comment The problem with that input is that the space to the right of it is used to display the name of the asset/artboard you’ll get, when you hover over formats’ controls — take a look at the screenshot attached. But yeah, it makes little sense... we need the team to redesign this window to allow to display all the data untruncated. The prefix is as much as important as dynamic postfixes.

According to the help page at https://helpx.adobe.com/se/illustrator/desktop/manage-objects/edit-objects/offset-duplicate-objects.html it should be 'Objekt > Bana > Förskjutning'... but the screenshot provided displays the 'Skapa yttekontur' command in the place where 'Offset Path' should be.

It feels like Ai can’t read or allow to use the combinations used; Cmd + Shift + Å (perhaps because of the overring) and Ctrl + F4 (because it’s a system combination to close the document — Ai even does not allow me to assign it in the first place, so I am surprised you were bale to assign it in the first place).
A workaround would be to create the set anew, and see if it stumbles at this specific hotkey in particular. Please comment back on this. -

Sure, I use the Transform effect for the same exact reason, to avoid using symbols and quickly tile my templates over artboards, in a grid, using 2 effects combined (I’ve started using AG Array plugin effect recently for similar purposes, instead of 2 Transforms).
If you can reproduce you bug in a copy of the document, with the sensitive information replaced with gibberish — it’d help still.
