I am excited to announce that 'Scale artwork with Artboard' feature is now available in Illustrator Beta. To access it, open the Creative Cloud app and go to "Beta apps" and install "Illustrator (Beta)" . New Preference in Properties panel is added to control scaling of artboard content while scaling artboard.
Scaling of strokes , effects and patterns during artboard scaling can also be controlled from transform panel .
We look forward to your feedback on this new feature in Illustrator.
Regards,
Illustrator Team .

We've got lots of libraries, some of which have thousands of items. Our system is to use one library as a default dumping ground, which we then go through, naming each item with a naming convention and then transferring to whichever library it belongs in. To find stuff, we just search, and it works well like that.
What's more annoying is that there's convenient way to get these files into and out of the cloud en mass, since CC libraries are kept separate from CC files. Also, it would be a lot better if you tag or key-word items rather than just given them really long names to search by, because if they DID let you sync CC files and CC libraries together, you'd then have a mass of files with ridiculously long names...
So yeah, there's definitely room for improvement. I hope they do something because it could be so useful if they decide to implement it properly...

Yes. It would also save time and hassle if;
- when dragging from the library panel to the art board, the item(s) would appear instantly upon releasing the mouse (as in v.2017) rather then requiring an extra click.
- the item from the library didn't have an extra unneeded group around it (as in v.2017).
