There is an annoying bug with GPU glitch / flicker / spinning wheel lag while moving artboards (since Illustrator 29.8.3 - 30.0)
- Choose artboard tool
- Move artboard
glitch and laggy movement
How to fix this?
(It is absolutely NO option to turn of GPU ussage!)

@Akshaya Saxena - the issue will still appear. But it does not depend on any file. It's a bug in the GPU usage of Illustrator completely unrelated to a file. It just needs quite some elements in it, as you can see in the movie. Take a lot of textelements which Illustrator can handle not very sufficient ...
