Can’t zoom out after editing a text
When I zoom in on text with a magnifying glass.
Then switch to the text tool, change the text and switch back to the magnifying glass, then I can no longer zoom out with the Alt key.
I have to switch to the selection tool first. And then back to the magnifying glass to zoom out with the alt key. Does that make any sense?
When I want to zoom out with the Alt key, the hand always appears to move.

Scale, move and rotate dialog boxes don't hold most recent values when you press return to open dialog box
MACOS MOJAVE 10.14.6
ILLUSTRATOR 24.3When i open the scale dialog box it has always held the most recent scale value, so if i wanted to scale something up 5% i would Press "S" on the keyboard, then type 105, hit return. then if i wanted to go another 5% i would hit return (to open the dialog box) and it would remember 105 in the active field. then i would hit return again to apply.

Pencil tool fidelity issue when smoothing lines added anchor points NEW AI VERSION
The pencil tool is not responding to the fidelity even if is 100% smooth it will add anchor points making the drawing really wobbly. I noticed this only happens on the new Illustrator2021 version running on Mojave 11.1. Seems to be a common issue currently See link below:

Can't place circle or square in middle of other circle or square.
On circle tool.
1) Draw a circle
2) Go to the middle of the circle to draw another cirlce.
3) It does not let me. (Changes to some selection tool)This did not used to happen in older versions of illustrator. When it changed I just lived with it, but working on a file now where I have to create a bunch of objects in middle of other objects and its driving me mad. Anyway to revert it back to the way it used to be? (probably worked fine in about 2010)

Text gets pasted when objects get copied or selected
I have iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019), the latest OS BigSur 11.2, memory 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, video card Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB. The latest regularly updated version of Illustrator (25.1) and since last year or some I noticed that once in a while there were problems with clipboard memory.
Whenever you copy or just select some object on artboard, immediately you get a garbled text box pasted. Very nasty, and after the latest update it has gotten considerably worse. Now I literally cannot simultaneously select several objects without having this garbled block pasted. So I cannot align…

Projecting Cap for zero length path dissapears
A convenient way to create dots is to make a zero length path and give it a capped stroke. With Round Caps, this still works, but with Projecting Caps it doesn't.
(More: in early versions of Ai, this trick even worked with single vertices! - Bring that back please! Its a real data saver whenn working with lots of dots)2 votes -

Make Free Transform Tool (E) duplicate objects with Alt held
Windows 10 64bit... every version.
AI version... 22, 23, 24, 25...Actual behavior: having the Free Transform Tool (E) on the screen disables the function of the 'Alt' key (duplicate) when holding and dragging artwork.
Expected behavior: the Alt key function should duplicate artwork art as usual.
It's one of those silent but infuriating bugs that has been around through all the versions for years now.

2021 Workspace isn't working
Workspace is not showing up and automatically defaults to the "tracing" workspace when I try to change the workspace at all. Illustrator 2021 on windows is up to date.

Apple M1 Illustrator tool problem
I am using the new iMac mini with M1 chip and I am trying to use illustrator for the first time. Photoshop works great, InDesign works fine...but illustrator has issues. All of the tools in the tool bar, when I try to select a line, type, point, etc. are shaky and flashing other tool symbols in a strobe-like effect. I need to use this app! Please help!

Lorsque je travail sur un dessin, je ne trouve aucun lien pou l’enregistrer. apparement cela devrait se faire autan magiquement au moment où je ferme le fichier. Mais ce n’est pas le cas. A chaque fois que je ferme, je revient à mon dessin initiale. Aucune modification n’a été enregistrée. Comment puis je sauvegarder mes modification???

Blob tool freezes Adobe Illustartor
I'm trying to use the blob tool to outline a drawing in order to complete part of my final for my college class. My expectation when using it is that it simply outlines the drawing, but every time I use it, all of adobe illustrator freezes (the times it does happens varies, it's never at the exact same time. Sometimes I can do it for 5 minuets others it's for 30 seconds). Things are still happening, but I can't see it happen on screen. Copy Bezier pen behavior from After Effects
In AE, we can hold down the alt/option key to instantly break smooth anchor points. In other words: Dragging a control point while alt/option is down, enables separate manipulation of the control point (breaking it).
This is way more effective than selecting a separate tool. Maybe this can be added, since alt/option has no function at the momen. (and because in a suite - one would expect similar tools to work the same ;-)

塗りブラシツールにて
ユーザー定義のライブラリから設定したブラシを使用して線を描画
↓
選択ツールなどに切り替えて移動などを行う
↓
もう一度塗りブラシツールに切り替えると、基本ブラシや別のユーザー定義ブラシに勝手に切り替わるこの仕様かバグの修正をお願いしたいです。
illustrator2018にはこの仕様はありません。
環境はmacbook pro 2016 OS10.15.5 です。
イラストの仕事で一番頻繁に使うのが塗りブラシツールなので
これが修正されないとillustrator2020にいつまでも移行できずにいます。ご対応していただける事を願っております。

Align to dropdown not working
Version: 24.3 (64-bit)
Expected behaviour: Change the 'Align to' dropdown between 'Selection' and 'Artboard'
Actual behaviour: The 'Align to' dropdown in the Align panel only updates when multiple objects are selected.

Text locks after resizing
When I resize a single line text object with the selection tool, the text becomes immediately locked, and I'm unable to click on it to move or resize it further. The only way to select the object is to CMD+2 every other object and then select all. Even then, the text can't be moved/resized, just deleted.

Edit Multiple Gaps at once not possible
When a selection contains Dashed Lines with different Dash lengths, but equal Gaps, the Gaps can not be edited together.
Ai copies the entered Gap value to the Dash size.

magic wand nonfunctional
The magic wand tool has never worked. It does nothing. No matter what option is enabled or what I click on, it is non functional.
