Random swatch in files
Random swatches keep appearing in new and existing files. When I delete them, they immediately reappear.

The problem no longer happens within the original file. If this happens again — please report and provide a test file.

Hello. This bug showed up not long ago, and not sure if it's a CC library-related issue, but it's annoying when trying to tidy up my files with unnecessary swatches.
