outline view does not work

I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING.

it doesn't work, even if i try to make only outlines , i can see the preview

    NVIDA 설정에서 3D설정관리에서 illustrator를 통합 그래픽으로 설정하면 문제가 해결됩니다.
    고성능으로 하면 충돌이 납니다:)

    Turning off GPU Performance fixed it for me

    I'm getting a bit desperate here as well...I can't use the outline mode on my Surface Book 2! Do I have to give up using the Nvidia gpu? What's the point then having a dedicated gpu if I can't use it? Switching to the integrated gpu is not really a solution and blaming the drivers doesn't solve the problem either.

    NVIDIA Control Panel/ Manage 3D settings/ Program setting
    1. Select a program to customize / Adobe Illustrator (illustrartor.exe)
    2. Select the preferred graphics proessor for thí program:/ Integrated graphics
    DONE !

    guys, update your graphic driver. it will solve your outline view problem immediately.

    Disable GPU Performance at the menu bar on top. It's the little "Rocket" icon. Worked for me.

    Hello, I am having the same issue, I cannot see the outline wireframe, I can only see the preview mode, no changes at all.
    I tried to go to the link but the forum isn't redirecting properly and all the time gives me an error.
    Please help.

    Same here with Nvidia 940 mx on Illustrator 2015 cc. Outline mode freezes the work and nothing happens until I go on preview mode again

    I have the same problem. The outline view is not refreshed. When I zoom or move view there's nothing happen.
