PDF opening

Opening a multi page pdf created in CC 2018 from another user in my office, I am only able to open 1 page of the PDF at a time in the dialog box. We are having to save a AI fils as well as the PDF and the process is annoying

    Same here.

    I can open the multi-pages file before which is saved in Indesign but now I can't open the second page.
    Please fix it, is a bug.

    Thanks for reporting the issue.
    If PDF saved with "Illustrator Editing Capabilities" then only its all page can be open in AI, otherwise only 1 page can be open.
    Please ask the user that while saving pdf if he/she check the "Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities" in PDF save dialog.
