unable to close hint popup, artboard controls are blocked

Hi,
Please follow the steps to dismiss the hint :
1. Create a document with multiple artboards
2. From tools, select artboard tool (shift +O)
3. Click on Okay to dismiss the hint
Now do do what ever you were doing and this hint would not come up.

This isn't working; that pesky hint popup happens every time I select an artboard. I dismiss it by clicking okay, and the next time I click to select the same artboard, or another artboard in the same document, the popup occurs again
