Name layer pop up panel appears twice
On macOS 10.12.6, working with a Wacom. If you double-click on a layer to rename it and the panel pops up to rename, clicking OK doesn't get rid of the panel. It re-appears a second time.

Yes. Experiencing the same thing. Also happens when editing swatches. Didn't occur before OS updates in November.
Also distortion and extra images appearing when working at high magnification. I'll try to get a screenshot.

Ah, sorry. Forgot to mention I'm on CC2018 (22.0.1) but I'm sure the problem existed in the previous version too.
