Illustrator no longer opens template files from the default "Cool Extras" folder, but navigates to the last folder saved
Version 23.0 no longer opens template files from the default "Cool Extras" folder. Instead it navigates to the last folder saved. Please revert this back as it is a huge waste of time creating new documents now.
This also occurs for scripts, but I use less frequently and have dealt with it. Unacceptable for template files however.
