Bug: Cannot scale a horizontal line via center box handle
Hi,
in Ai CC2019 I cannot scale a horizontal line via the center box handle. The only way to it, is to use the direct selection tool (A).

Contacted to Adobe Care, with remote support and It is conformed as a new feature..... no kidding it is a bug!!
