Rasterization with clipping mask removes half of the stroke
Create a dummy rectangle with a fill and a thick stroke. Select the rectangle. Go to Object/Rasterize. Tick "Create Clipping Mask". Click OK. Notice the outern half of the stroke is gone (clipped away). I would expect unchanged visual appearance....

Indeed it does.
Even with 'Use Preview Bounds on', even with Outline Stroke effect applied...
I guess the only workaround for this now would be to expand the stroke first, since you are going to rasterize it anyway.Thanks for reporting this.
