Transform Each for groups
Transform Each currently rotates multiple groups around a common center point, counter intuitive to what the name implies. Does what the name says when used on vectors.

Hm, it works fine for me, each group rotates around it's own center. You should record how it behaves for you and send it with the file to sharewithai@adobe.com
