Unstable operation Illustrator 23.1.1 Mojave

Unstable operation Illustrator 23.1.1 on Mojave. Reacting with delay or not reacting. Problems with menu and tools operating. New frame text always with lorem ipsum.
GPU is disabled, Wacom tablet is uninstalling. I havn't more ideas.

    option drag and dragging guides is buggy as ****,

    my work flow in illustrator is all messed up
