Move tool direction is inverted
Out of nowhere the Move dialog box started acting the opposite way to what it is supposed to do.
According to Adobe Help
- To move the object up or down, enter either a negative value (moves up) or positive value (moves down) in the Vertical text box.

But now a positive value in Y moves the object up in my installation as can be seen in the attachment. This is Illustrator 23.1.1 and Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6
I asked a friend running 23.0.3 and Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 and it works as expected on his system.

Can you please try to locate the 'Adobe Illustrator Prefs' file, open it in a text editor of your choice, and check these keys (use search to locate them):
/isRulerIn4thQuad
/isRulerOriginTopLeft
By default they should be all set to 1.
Having 0 instead will invert the axis (the first key) and pit the origin in the bottom left corner instead (the second key).Ideally they should not change once you set them... You can control the rulers with these (and I must admit I have both use zero, because I want my Y axis go up).

I just updated to the newest version of Illustrator (27.8.1) and am experiencing this bug too. Feels like when Photoshop randomly reversed the function of the shift key when scaling. Why does Adobe do **** like this?
